Committee

The committee is composed of the directors of three academies and one education center, and teachers with relevant professionals, lead by Vice-Chancellor.

The term of office is one year, upon expiry of renewal.

The committee shall call a meeting if necessary, to organize the resources of each administrative units, academic department and research center.

Explore social responsibility topics and field research, and to formulate development goals and strategies for the units in the school.

Integrate the resources of each unit in the school, connect the school's research and development technology and the field of student curriculum for social practice.

Coordinate the work of administrative units and departments in the school, and supervise and promote the effectiveness of the implementation of sub-plans.

Achievement report and annual plan writing.

Establishment of talents database.

Promote communication between our school and other units in the field.

Manage the administrative business of USR office.

Full-Time(Part-Time) Assistant

To assist the office with administrative affairs such as official documents, general affairs, budgets, and purchase requisitions.

Office space and webpage planning and maintenance.

Expenditure write-off and management.

Data collection, sorting and statistics.

The social practice field connection and links resources of the school with the needs of the implementation field.

Link schools and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital to jointly implement social practice plans.

Promote the input of external resources such as public welfare organizations, enterprises, and government agencies.
